The Ridgefield Raptors and Northwest Star Nighthawks both play at their home field this weekend in a non-league matchup at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex.
As for all home games, tickets are available at RidgefieldRaptors.com and a live video stream is available at the same site and on YouTube.
These will be the only two games between the Raptors and Nighthawks, who played three games at the RORC last year against each other. The Raptors won two of three.
The Raptors have completed the first half of the West Coast League schedule. One team from each division secures a playoff spot in each half of the season, with two wild card teams also reaching the playoffs at the end of the year.
Bellingham and Corvallis clinched the first half title in their respective divisions, but the Raptors were not far behind Corvallis in the southern division, having won six of the eight series to begin the year. Ridgefield will play Corvallis to open the second half.
That series is away-home-away in order, with the Wednesday game at home versus the Knights. It will be the only home game on the week, with a weekend road trip scheduled in Yakima Valley.
With five of the six games on the road next week, catch the Raptors at home while you can! The Saturday game with the Nighthawks is at 6:35 and the Sunday game is at 1:05.
