Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, RR shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. RR shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RR shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the RR and related sites shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Clark County, Washington.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. Any and all financial and personal information provided by our customers, to the Ridgefield Raptors, will be held in strict confidentiality.

All Ridgefield Raptors financial transactions are processed through Authorize.net.
Return Policies
Ticket Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. If a game rains out or game cancellation occurs your ticket is good for the same value to any other game of the same season. For questions or concerns please contact us at 360 887 0787
Merchandise Return Policy
- Merchandise can be exchanged for a different item within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. The online item that was purchased must be received by the Raptors Team Store before the end of the 30-day period.
- Original receipt must be included with the returned item, and the barcode/tag must still be attached for an exchange to be processed.
- Exchanges for products purchased online will be completed once the item being exchanged is received by the Raptors Team Store. Online buyers are responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with exchanges. Items must be in original condition
- The customer is responsible for any additional charges if the new item costs more than the item being exchanged.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
