The Raptors welcome Cooper Barnum to the 2020 Ridgefield roster.
Barnum, a Skyview High School senior, is one of a few graduating seniors that were selected to join the West Coast League and play for the Raptors. His brother Brody played for the 2019 squad and Cooper will follow in his footsteps to play for Washington State University next fall.
The talented right handed pitcher will help bolster an impressive lineup of arms for the Raptors.
“Being a top-ranked player in the state of Washington in his class made for an easy decision to add him to the roster,” said Raptors skipper Chris Cota. “We also happen to know what type of work ethic he will bring to the yard everyday, if he’s anything like his older brother.”
