A

ALCOHOL
Beer and wine is available at the concession stand, operated by Ridgefield Concessions LLC. All alcohol sales are in accordance with local and state laws and ordinances. To purchase alcohol, you must show identification to prove you are at least 21 years of age. A limit of two alcoholic beverages may be purchased at a time. Beer and wine sales close in the seventh inning.  Right to refuse service exists at Raptor games. 

ANTHEM SINGERS
Anyone interested in performing the National Anthem at a Ridgefield Raptors game is invited to contact the Raptor’s front office at hannahd@ridgefieldraptors.com for more information. 

AUTOGRAPHS
Raptor fans are encouraged to seek autographs from their favorite players. In accordance with WCL rules, we ask that fans wait until after the game to request autographs.

B
BABY CHANGING AREAS 
Baby changing stations are available inside the restroom facilities on the back side of the main building.  

BAGS 
Reasonably sized bags are permitted inside the RORC.  All bags are subject to search upon entry. (also see Food and/or Bottles, Cans & Outside Beverages). Prohibited items will not be permitted inside the ballpark (food and beverage, weapons, pets, high back chairs)

BANNERS AND SIGNS
Banners and signs are permitted at the RORC, provided they do not interfere with the view of other guests or ballpark signage. They should be in good taste and baseball related. The Raptors reserve the right to remove any banner or sign.

BIRTHDAYS  
Celebrating a birthday at a Raptors game? Email hannahd@ridgefieldraptors.com  to be included in each night’s Happy Birthday announcements. 

BOTTLES, CANS, OUTSIDE BEVERAGES, FOOD 
No outside food or beverage is permitted inside the RORC, with the exception of baby bottles. All drinking containers must be empty and filled inside the RORC.

BOX OFFICE 
The Raptors box office is located at the RORC, at the left field gate. The box office opens 2 hour prior to first pitch on game nights. For ticket inquiries outside of these hours, please call the Raptors at 360 887 0787 or email tickets@ridgefieldraptors.com 

BULLPENS 
The Raptors bullpen is located down the left field line, and the visitors bullpen is located down the right field line. Unless otherwise noted, fans are not permitted in the bullpens at any time. While fans may sit next to the bullpens, the team asks that fans are mindful that players are there to prepare for the game and should not be interfered with. Also, fans should never enter the bullpen area to retrieve a foul or errant baseball. Pitchers and catchers in bullpen are not available to sign autographs during the game.

C
CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDING  
Personal, hand-held recording devices are permitted inside the RORC, provided that they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game, or the progress of the game. Fans may not set up tri-pods (unless approved by the Raptors organization) or other accessory equipment that fixes the camera in one spot. All photos taken at Raptors games are property of the Ridgefield Raptors. Usage of all photos/video at Raptor games require approval prior to usage outside of personal enjoyment.

CHILDREN 
Children should never be left unaccompanied at the RORC. All children who wish to leave the park, must be accompanied by an adult. For families who wish to sit in a non-alcoholic section, Alcohol-free family seating is available in the picnic and grass berm areas on the right field (1st base) side. 

CONCESSIONS
Concession services are provided by Ridgefield Concessions LLC. The main concessions are located behind the home plate building. There are also satellite concessions on both the left field and right field concourse. Purchases are both cash and credit. 

 

E
EXIT/RE-ENTRY
If you need to exit and re-enter the RORC, please be sure to hold on to your ticket stub from that night’s game, to be permitted to re-enter the park.

FIELD ACCESS
Only Raptors players, coaches, and staff, or guests accompanied by an Raptors guest service crew member are permitted to pass the painted white line down the left field line, or the last row of bleachers on the first base side. The Raptors are committed to fan safety and remind guests that any unauthorized persons entering the field of play are subject to ejection from the premises and/or legal action.

FIRST AID
For assistance with basic first aid, or to report a guest emergency, please notify one of the Raptors Guest Services staff members (wearing Raptors shirts), or visit the guest services (merchandise tent). We will be happy to assist you. 

FOOD
Please remember that outside food is not permitted at RORC. Ridgefield Raptor concessions have many great snack and meal options available for purchase inside the ballpark. 

FOUL BALLS
Remember, batted balls can be dangerous, and we ask that you always stay alert. If you would like to lessen your risk. The nets on the first and third base line meet MLB recommendations, established during the 2016 offseason. DO NOT CHASE FOUL BALLS, ESPECIALLY OVER FENCES. Violators may be asked to leave

GATE TIMES
Gates open nightly, one hour prior to that night’s scheduled first pitch. (Gates open at 5:35 pm for a 6:35 start, and at 2:05 pm for a 3:05, Sunday start).

GROUP OUTINGS
Groups of 25 or more save money on general admission tickets, receive free souvenir programs for everyone in their group, and get a welcome message over the PA system during the game. Contact the Raptors at 360 887 0787, or visit the box office during tonight’s game (left field ticket office) for more information. Full ticket info is available at: www.ridgefieldraptors.com

GUEST CONDUCT
The Raptors are proud to sport the best fans in the WCL. To continue our tradition of success on and off of the field, we ask for your help. 

Guest Conduct Includes and Is Not Limited To: 

  1. Do not use foul/abusive language/gestures 
  1. Do not intentionally the enjoyment of fans at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex 
  1. Do not use tobacco or cigarettes of any kind (including electronic) 
  1. Do not engage in acts of affection not appropriate for a public family environment 
  1. Do not disrupt the game or playing environment by throwing objects or trespassing on the playing surface 
  1. Do not sit in locations other than your ticketed seat, or general admission section of the ballpark 
  1. DO treat all Raptors and visiting fans, players, coaches, employees, staff members, and other guests with respect, we are trying our best 

 

 

GUEST SERVICES
The Raptors has a friendly and dedicated guest services team that strives to make your night at the ballpark the best it can be. If you need any assistance at any time during your visit to the RORC, speak to a guest services crew member (wearing a Raptors shirt or at the merchandise tent).

LOST AND FOUND
If you happen to lose an item at the ballpark, you can check for the item at the guest services booth before the conclusion of that night’s game. For after-hour requests, or to check on a lost item, call 360 887 0787

MERCHANDISE
Looking for some great Raptor gear? Visit the team’s merchandise tent on the concourse behind the home dugout, and take home your new favorite shirt, cap, sweatshirt or much more! Or visit our website at www.ridgefieldraptors.com

O
OPEN-AIR BALLPARK
Remember that the RORC is an open-air facility. Please be sure to bring proper clothing, sunscreen, or sealed water bottles to enhance your comfort during each night’s game. Select items such as Raptors sweatshirts and colder-weather gear can be purchased at the team’s souvenir stand on the third base line.

PARKING
The Raptors have a paved, lighted parking lot available for use, beyond the third base and first base side of the stadium. Approach the RORC from Hillhurst Rd. and you will find both lots. There is also parking at the Ridgefield High School just north of the RORC (on the east side of Hillhurst Rd.) It is just a short walk. Parking is also available at the Middle School just south of the park, including walking path to entrance gates

PETS
Although pets are allowed in the RORC, pets are not permitted at Raptor games per City ordinance they also should not be left unattended in vehicles in the parking lot. Please leave your pets at home or with a trusted pet-sitter!

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Remember, tobacco and smoking materials of any form (including electric) are prohibited inside of the RORC, along with outside food or beverage of any type (except sealed water bottles or baby bottles). Pets also are not allowed at Raptor games.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located on the back side of the main building They are clearly marked just beyond the team’s concession stand. Both restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations. There are also port a potties on the first and third base entrances

Smoking, of any kind, is prohibited at the RORC.

TICKETS
Season tickets, tickets for tonight’s game, or tickets for any upcoming Raptors home game can be purchased at the box office located by the home plate gate. The box office opens 1 hour and 5 minutes prior to first pitch on game days. Outside of these hours, fans are invited to visit www.Raptors.com/tickets for more information. 

VIDEO BROADCAST

If you have tickets placed at Will Call, or complete a ticket order online, those tickets will be available at the left field entrance ticket  Please be prepared to show valid identification to claim your tickets.
