The Raptors are excited to announce the signing of a promising outfielder and a returning pitcher. Please welcome Quincy Scott, a freshman out of Palomar College in Southern California and UCSB commit. We’d also like to welcome back Charlie Royle, a freshman at Cal Poly, who struck out 17 batters in 15 innings pitched last summer for the Raptors.
