The Ridgefield Raptors are thrilled to announce the signing of Declan Francis, a right-handed pitcher from Lake Oswego, Oregon, for the 2025 season.
Francis is currently turning heads at Lane Community College, where he’s off to a dominant start on the mound. Through his first 12 innings pitched, he has yet to allow an earned run, posting an impressive 0.00 ERA with 14 strikeouts for the Titans.
With his command and ability to keep hitters off balance, Francis adds another strong arm to the Raptors’ pitching staff. Fans can catch him in action at the RORC this summer as Ridgefield gears up for an exciting season.
